In addition to a formatted document production, you may also have individual PDF files that you would like to review. WarRoom can import PDF files and extract any searchable text (note the PDFs must already have embedded text). Then you can redact and produce the PDF documents.

To begin, enter a bates prefix and a starting number. Also select the number of zero padding that you want. WarRoom will display a preview of new bates number, which will be added into the Image Cross Reference field for your Workspace. Any searchable text from the PDF will be copied to the OCR / Extracted Text field in your Workspace.

When you are ready, click the Import button and select your PDF files. The import process can take some time, so please be patient. When the import is complete, WarRoom will re-cluster all of the documents in your Workspace.
