A workspace is a place to load related document productions. Typically this would represent a particular matter or case.

To create a new workspace, just click the “New” button and enter a name.

If you have an older version of WarRoom (prior to version 3.0), you can import your old files. To do this, click the “Import Legacy Workspace” button and select your .warroom file. This process can take some time so please be patient as the database is imported and converted to the new workspace format.

If you have enabled iCloud sync, your workspaces should begin syncing automatically. If you ever need to force a sync, you can click the “Manual Sync” button from the task bar.
